Owyhee High School Tennis – Off-Season Conditioning & Mental Training

This off-season program helps Owyhee High School tennis players step into the spring season stronger, faster, and mentally sharper. Each session blends high-energy conditioning with mental-performance coaching to create athletes who stay calm, focused, and confident under pressure.

🏋️‍♀️ Physical Development (60 min)

Dynamic warm-up, agility and footwork drills, explosive body-weight and medicine-ball training, and light-weight strength work for injury prevention.

🧠 Mental Training (20–30 min)

Learn to focus under pressure, reset between points, manage emotions, and create personalized match strategies to stay composed when it counts.

🎾 Skill Integration

Some sessions include low-impact racket work with foam balls to reinforce control, spin, and feel in a fun, relaxed way.
