Progression Tracking

Each player's chart visually tracks yearly progression across Performance levels 1 to 3, tailored to their individual agenda. Each month highlights their improvement with point markers, offering an engaging way to see how consistent effort drives growth in skills and performance. Monthly reports are shared with the player and/or their parent or guardian.

Evaluations are conducted monthly by the tennis professional. In the Gem Performance Program, these evaluations involve both the player and the tennis pro to ensure continuous progression.
