At GSTA, coaches do not have to guess what to run each day. Direction is provided at the beginning of each training day, and our app makes it easy to track hours, stay organized, and follow the program.

We are looking for coaching professionals who are reliable, energetic, and excited to help kids improve at tennis. The right coach should be willing to follow our program, bring positive energy, and help players grow every time they step on court.

Each training day may have a different focus. Coaches receive direction at the beginning of the day so everyone is aligned. You will know what the goal is, what skills players are working on, and how to keep the session moving.

Follow the GSTA program instead of building everything from scratch.

Leadership is available to help coaches succeed.
We use an app to make coaching easier. Coaches can track hours, stay organized, and view the information they need without chasing down details.

Because we work with youth athletes, safety and professionalism are required. USTA Safe Play is required for coaching with Gem State Tennis Academy.
- USTA Safe Play certification required
- Background screening may be required
- Tennis playing or coaching experience preferred
- Must enjoy working with kids and junior players
- Must be dependable and willing to follow the GSTA program
