2. Programs and Services

Gem State Tennis Academy provides tennis lessons, camps, clinics, evaluations, player development programs, and related academy services for youth and adult players.

Program availability, locations, times, pricing, and coaches may change based on court availability, weather, staffing, registration levels, or operational needs.

3. Registration and Payments

Registration may be required before participation. Payment may be collected through third-party payment processors or scheduling platforms. Your spot may not be confirmed until registration and payment are complete.

4. Cancellations, Weather, and Location Changes

Tennis is an outdoor sport, and sessions may be affected by weather, court closures, tournaments, school activities, smoke, heat, or other circumstances outside our control.

Gem State Tennis Academy may change the location, delay the start time, cancel, reschedule, or adjust programming when needed.

5. Parent and Guardian Responsibility

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for registering minors, providing accurate information, ensuring players are dropped off and picked up on time, and communicating any health, safety, or participation concerns.

6. Player Safety and Conduct

Players are expected to show respect toward coaches, teammates, opponents, facilities, and equipment. Unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from a session or program.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Gem State Tennis Academy. Messages may include lesson reminders, camp updates, schedule changes, weather alerts, location changes, registration reminders, evaluation updates, account notifications, and occasional promotional updates.
